At apexautoindustriesindia.com, we aim to process all orders swiftly so that you receive your Perfect Premium Car Seat Covers as quickly as possible. However, we understand that changes may occur. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

- Once the order is processed or dispatched, no cancellation will be accepted.
Note: Custom or made-to-order seat covers are non-cancellable once production begins.

Refunds are applicable only under valid reasons and after approval from our Quality Control team. Refunds are processed under the following scenarios:
✅ Valid Refund Conditions:
- Wrong product delivered (model, design, or color)
- Product damaged during shipping
- Manufacturing defect verified by QC
- Product unavailable after payment and customer opts for refund
❌ No Refund Will Be Provided In The Following Cases:
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Product already used or tampered
- Product was part of a discounted sale or promotional offer
- Custom seat cover orders (made on request)
